KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd on Tuesday said it has raised Rs 100 crore from anchor investors, a day before its initial share-sale opening for public subscription.

A shareholder of Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. sold a 1.04% stake on Friday for Rs 122.5 crore through an open market transaction. Edelweiss Employees Welfare Trust sold approximately 98.8 lakh shares at Rs 124 apiece, according to data on the NSE. Abu Dhabi Investment Authority bought approximately 35.7 lakh shares or a 0.37% stake, Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust Plc mopped up 6.6 lakh shares or a 0.06% at Rs 124 apiece. Also, India Acorn Icav acquired 53.7 lakh shares .

The IPO of Rekha Rakesh Jhunjhunwala-backed Bazaar Style Retail opens on Friday, August 30 as it is offering its shares in the range of Rs 370-389 apiece with a lot size of 38 shares.

The company has allotted 64.29 lakh equity shares to 28 funds at Rs 389 apiece, aggregating the transaction size to Rs 250.1 crore

Value fashion retailer Baazar Style Retail Ltd on Thursday said it has collected Rs 250 crore from anchor investors, a day before its initial share-sale opening for public subscription.

Baazar Style Retail Ltd. has raised Rs 250 crore from anchor investors on Thursday ahead of its initial public offering. The company, which operates Style Baazar, allotted 64.3 lakh shares at Rs 384 apiece to 28 anchor investors. Eight domestic mutual funds have applied through 13 schemes, the Rekha Jhunjhunwala-backed firm said on Thursday. They have collectively netted 35.41% of the anchor portion. HDFC Mutual Fund, Helios and Motilal Oswal were among the top fund houses in this category.
