Embassy Group plans to raise Rs 1,600 crore through zero-coupon bonds to fund new projects, refinance debt, and acquire a 5% stake in WeWork India. Embassy Office Parks REIT has raised Rs 1,000 crore through issue of Non-convertible Debentures to repay its outstanding loan. In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, Embassy REIT said it has raised Rs 1,000 crore through five-year coupon-bearing debt at an interest rate of 7.73%.
