IRB Holdings Pvt., the promoter of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd., sold a 3.71% stake in the company for Rs 1,444 crore through open market transactions on Thursday.

IRB Infra Q1 Results: The toll collection for the April-June quarter stood at ₹1,183 crore, compared to ₹1,000 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal.

IRB Infrastructure shares gained 6.04% to Rs 31.60 against the previous close of Rs 29.80 on BSE.
