German Green Steel Ltd. on Monday filed its preliminary papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to raise funds via an initial public offering. The public offer will include fresh issues of shares worth Rs 450 crore and offer-for-sale of up to 20 lakh shares. Promoters Inamulhaq Shamsulhaq Iraki and Abdulhaq Shamsulhaq Iraki will be offloading their shares.

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has launched a QIP to raise up to Rs 5,000 crore. The board has set the floor price at Rs 173.83 per share with a possible 5% discount. IREDA posted strong Q4 earnings with a 49% rise in net profit and continues to attract positive analyst attention despite a mixed yearly performance.

According to Emkay Global Financial Services, Titan observed an impact on consumer sentiment due to high gold prices, in gold jewellery, within the sub-₹50,000 price band. In the higher price band, buyer growth was seen with higher demand for simple designs that attracted lower making charges.
