As per NSE block deal data, Omega Telecom Holdings Pvt Ltd, a Vodafone Group entity, sold 5.963 crore shares — or 2.26% — in Indus Towers at Rs 353.7 a piece, aggregating Rs 2,109.41 crore. Usha Martin Telematics Ltd, another Vodafone Group entity, sold its near 1.96 crore shares — or 0.74% in India’s second-largest tower company — also at Rs 353.7 a piece, aggregating Rs 692.28 crore.

Vodafone sold its final 3% stake in Indus Towers for Rs 2,801.7 crore. Multiple global investors purchased the shares. Vodafone will use some proceeds to repay debt. The remaining amount will be invested in Vodafone Idea. This investment will help Vodafone Idea pay its dues to Indus Towers. Vodafone Idea's financial health is crucial for Indus Towers.

The Federation of Indian Fantasy Sports, has roped in armed forces veteran Neil Christopher Castelino as its chief executive officer.

In a note released on Tuesday, the brokerage predicted MSCI inflows of approximately $70 million, affecting 16 million shares in a single day. Additionally, FTSE inflows are expected to be around $36 million, impacting 8.6 million shares over half a day.

Bharti Hexacom Ltd shares debut with a 43% gain, listed at a premium, valued at ₹40,687.50 crore.
