Kfin Technologies Ltd.'s promoter General Atlantic Singapore Fund Pte. Ltd., sold 1.69 crore shares or 9.98% stake at Rs 1,040.31 apiece, taking the total sale value worth Rs 1,758.12 crore through bulk deal on Tuesday. Societe Generale bought highest stake 2.01% stake or 34.47 lakh shares at Rs 1,040 apiece. This takes the deal value to around Rs 358.49 crore.

Global investment firm Carlyle Group on Friday exited PNB Housing Finance by selling its entire 10.44% stake for Rs 2,712 crore through open market transactions.Quality Investment Holdings PCC offloaded more than 1.73 crore shares of PNB Housing Finance on the NSE and the Carlyle group arm sold 98.07 lakh shares of city-based PNB Housing Finance in eight tranches on the BSE, as per the separate block deals on the bourses.

According to data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Amazon, via its investment arm Amazon.com NV Investment Holdings, sold approximately 44 lakh shares, or a 4% stake, in Mumbai-based Shoppers Stop. The shares were sold at an average price of Rs 627.60 each, resulting in a transaction value of Rs 275.89 crore.

As per NSE block deal data, Omega Telecom Holdings Pvt Ltd, a Vodafone Group entity, sold 5.963 crore shares — or 2.26% — in Indus Towers at Rs 353.7 a piece, aggregating Rs 2,109.41 crore. Usha Martin Telematics Ltd, another Vodafone Group entity, sold its near 1.96 crore shares — or 0.74% in India’s second-largest tower company — also at Rs 353.7 a piece, aggregating Rs 692.28 crore.

Vodafone sold its final 3% stake in Indus Towers for Rs 2,801.7 crore. Multiple global investors purchased the shares. Vodafone will use some proceeds to repay debt. The remaining amount will be invested in Vodafone Idea. This investment will help Vodafone Idea pay its dues to Indus Towers. Vodafone Idea's financial health is crucial for Indus Towers.
