Hinduja Group’s flagship company is reportedly looking to buy Sumitomo Corporation’s stake in commercial vehicle maker SML Isuzu.

SML Isuzu sold 11,617 trucks and buses in the calendar year 2024, making it the eighth-largest commercial vehicle maker in the country.
