Vaishali Pharma's board approved a 1:5 stock split and a 1:1 bonus share issue, causing the stock to surge 10% to Rs 190.35 on the NSE. The split, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals, will be given to eligible shareholders as on record date which will be announced later.
