NBCC reported a significant 29.4% YoY increase in net profit, reaching Rs 176 crore for Q4FY25, alongside a 16.2% rise in revenue to Rs 4,642.5 crore. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.14 per share. While the stock closed slightly higher, analysts suggest a 'Hold' rating with a modest potential upside.

Shares of state-owned NBCC rose over 3% on Friday  as the firm has "successfully e-auctioned 1,185 residential units at Aspire Dream Valley, Greater Noida (W), garnering a total sale value of Rs 1504.69 crore." NBCC stock gained 3.41% to Rs 90 today against the previous close of Rs 87.03 on BSE. Market cap of the firm climbed to Rs 23,976 crore. Total 4.81 lakh shares of the firm changed hands amounting to a turnover of Rs 4.27 crore on BSE. Shares of the Navratna firm have fallen 2.44% in a year and gained 250% in two years.

Shares of Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) soard 9 per cent on signing a memorandum of understanding with NBCC (India) Ltd on November 27, 2024, in New Delhi, for the development of a 10-acre HUDCO-owned land parcel in Noida.

NBCC (India) partnered with HUDCO to develop a Noida land parcel, estimated at Rs 600 crore. NBCC also secured a Rs 316 crore work order for a school hostel upgrade in Odisha. The company's stock, despite recent declines, has delivered impressive returns over the past year and year-to-date.
