NBCC (India) partnered with HUDCO to develop a Noida land parcel, estimated at Rs 600 crore. NBCC also secured a Rs 316 crore work order for a school hostel upgrade in Odisha. The company's stock, despite recent declines, has delivered impressive returns over the past year and year-to-date.
