Ircon International shares: The company recorded a 10% year-on-year drop in revenue from operations, amounting to Rs 3,412 crore in Q4FY25, down from Rs 3,787 crore in Q4FY24. The board of IRCON has also proposed a final dividend of Rs 1 per share.

Sensex, Nifty updates on 22 May 2025: Indian benchmark indices ended sharply lower on Thursday, tracking a global selloff triggered by concerns over rising US debt and bond yields. The BSE Sensex plunged 644.64 points, or 0.79%, to close at 80,951.99, after falling over 1,100 points intraday. The NSE Nifty dropped 203.75 points, or 0.82%, to settle at 24,609.70.

Indian stock markets saw a positive start on Wednesday. Sensex and Nifty50 both opened with gains, recovering from a previous dip. Banking, auto, and IT sectors led the market rally. More than 130 companies will share their fourth-quarter results for the January-March period and financial year FY25 on May 21. The company has scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts on May 22 at 3:30 p.m. to discuss the results for Q4 and FY25.

Many of these companies are also scheduled to announce a dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-25 during the Board meeting to consider Q4 results.

Ircon International's stock value increased following a new project. The company received a Rs 51.61 crore order from North Western Railway. This project involves installing a Remote Diagnostic and Predictive Maintenance System. The system will be implemented across multiple divisions in Rajasthan. The project is expected to be completed in 24 months.
