This funding will enable the electric vehicle manufacturer to enhance production capabilities and develop innovative solutions to support India's growing electric vehicle sector. Prataap Snacks Ltd. on Wednesday said that it has received an offer from Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd, along with Ms. Mahi Madhusudan Kela to acquire a 26% stake in the company for a little over Rs 544 crore.

Prataap Snacks has received an open offer from Authum Investment & Infrastructure and Mahi Madhusudan Kela to acquire 26.01% equity at ₹865.66 per share, totaling 62.98 lakh shares.

“Reducing U.S. jobless claims and potential policy shifts in the US indicate that the FED is not in a hurry to reduce interest rates in the near term. Looking ahead, the market is likely to focus on Q3 earnings, with expectations of improvement in earnings on a QoQ basis," Nair added.

The Competition Commission of India on Tuesday approved the proposed the acquisition of 72.8% stake in Prataap Snacks Ltd. by Alpana Sanjay Dangi's Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd. and Mahi Madhusudan Kela.
