IRB InvIT Fund's unitholders have approved the acquisition of 100% equity in three SPVs from IRB Infrastructure Trust, valued at ₹8,436 crore as of June 30, 2025. This move, backed by a 96% majority, involves the transfer of three BOT highway assets. Following the acquisition, IRB Infrastructure Developers' O&M order book is expected to increase by approximately ₹3,100 crore.

IRB Infrastructure and Developers board has approved the transfer of three road assets from IRB Infrastructure Trust to IRB InvIT Fund. These BOT assets, including IRB Hapur Moradabad Tollway, Kaithal Tollway, and Kishangarh Gulabpura Tollway, are valued at Rs 8,450 crore.
