Shares of Infosys, IndusInd Bank, Mahindra CIE Automotive, Havells India, JSW Energy, Page Industries and Steelcast will trade ex-dividend on June 4th. Infosys has proposed a final dividend of INR17.50 per equity share and IndusInd Bank has recommended a final dividend of INR14 per equity share for FY23. Steelcast has announced a special dividend of INR3.15 per equity share and Page Industries announced an interim dividend of INR60 per equity share. When a company trades ex-dividend, its stock does not carry the value of the next dividend payment.

Shares of Steelcast Ltd have rallied over 500% in the last three years. The stock, which closed at Rs 75.85 on April 21, 2020 rose to a high of Rs 475 on the BSE today, amounting to a rally of 526% during the period. An amount of Rs 1 lakh invested in the shares of Steelcast three years ago would have turned into Rs 6.26 lakh today. In comparison, Sensex has risen 94.72 per cent during the period.

Atlas Integrated Finance's midcap fund, which gave a marginally negative return of 0.23 per cent last month, was seen betting heavily on Honeywell Automation, Dixon Technologies, Relaxo Footwears and Whirlpool India. It also chose to invest about 22 per cent of its holdings in a liquid fund.
