Shares of Infibeam Avenue fell 8% to a day's low of Rs 27.93 on the BSE today, as the stock turned ex-date for its spin-off involving Infibeam Avenues, Odigma Consultancy Solutions, and Infibeam Projects Management. According to the scheme of arrangement, shareholders of Infibeam Avenue will receive 1 fully paid-up equity share (with a face value of Re 1) of Odigma Consultancy Solutions for every 89 equity shares they hold in Infibeam Avenue.

GTL Infra shares climbed 3.85 per cent to Rs 3.24 on NSE. The stock saw 64,82,94,159 shares worth Rs 290 crore changing hands.  It was followed by Vodafone Idea, which saw 57,93,54,485 shares worth Rs 917 crore changing hands.

The 30-share BSE Sensex pack rallied 1,171 points or 1.46 per cent to trade at 81,211, while the broader NSE Nifty index moved 374 points or 1.53 per cent to trade at 24,780.

IREDA shares climbed 9.76 per cent to 173.80, as 8,72,00,178 shares worth Rs 1,489 crore changing hands. IREDA has recorded highest ever loan sanctions at Rs 37,354 crore in FY24.
