Hindcon Chemicals, Times Guaranty, Lypsa Gems, Prakash Steel and TTK Healthcare, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:10AM.

The Nifty Bank index was trading 0.0 per cent at 47445.05.

The Nifty IT index was trading 0.42 per cent up at 34885.95.

Axis Bank, L&T, Cipla, IndusInd Bank and ICICI Bank were among the top losers on NSE.

The Nifty Pharma index was trading 0.75 per cent down at 16000.05.

In the Nifty pack, 27 stocks were trading in the green, while 23 stocks were trading in the red.

The Nifty Realty index was trading 1.05 per cent down at 729.55.

Based on the OI percentage, 81 stocks were on the short-covering list. These include Indraprastha Gas, Britannia Industries, Dr Lal PathLabs, Mahanagar Gas, and Maruti Suzuki India.

Poonawalla Fincorp receives ₹3,004 crore from the sale of its stake in Poonawalla Housing Finance to Perseus SG. Mahindra & Mahindra acquires 3.53% stake in RBL Bank for ₹417 crore. The government plans to sell RVNL shares for ₹1,329 crore. TTK Healthcare’s delisting offer falls short, while Motilal Oswal Financial considers internal restructuring.

Based on the OI percentage, 71 stocks were on the short-covering list. These included IRCTC, Abbott India, Aarti Industries, Divis Laboratories, and Balrampur Chini Mills.

The company said delisting proposal will provide the public shareholders an opportunity to realise immediate and certain value for their equity shares.
