Kurukshetra Expressway Private Ltd. a joint venture of JMC Projects (India) Ltd. has served with the debt recovery application worth Rs 753 crore over termination payment from NHAI. The application was filed by the Bank of Baroda and other lenders.

The name was changed after the receipt of approvals from shareholders and regulatory authorities including Ministry of Corporate Affairs, a company statement said.
