Luxury hotels see record-high room rates in Q3 FY25, driven by strong domestic tourism demand.

EIH Associated Hotels shares fell 5.1% amid a broader market selloff despite a 5.4% rise in Q3 net profit to Rs 39.91 crore. Revenue grew 5% to Rs 133 crore, but margins slipped to 40.5%. The stock remains under pressure, down 18.8% in six months.

During the week, Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have invested Rs 2,030 crore and domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have invested Rs 6,293 crore.

The hotel stock climbed 9.55% to a high of Rs 925.50 against the previous close of Rs 844.75 on BSE. Market cap of EIH Associated Hotels rose to Rs 2766.96 crore.
